A graduate of Iowa State University, Tim has over 30 years of banking experience in commercial, residential and agricultural loans. Prior to joining State Savings Bank, Tim worked for Norwest/Wells Fargo, giving him a full understanding of the advantages of doing business with a local, community bank. Growing up in a farming community in Northwestern Iowa, Tim understands the importance of community and his philosophy is to provide quality service at a fair price, both for the Bank and the customer.

Larry is a resident of Colfax and has a broad range of professional, community and educational experience. Raised on, and having owned a farm in southern Iowa, Larry graduated from ISU with a degree in Ag Business and Finance. Larry's 30 year career has an extensive background in the areas of real estate, commercial and small business lending, insurance, and economic development. He brings with him a unique knowledge of Ag lending, and has a strong interest in education as shown by his involvement with Dollars for Scholars and the Foreign Student Exchange program. Larry's commitment to customer satisfaction and fairness is a valuable asset to our bank.

With over 30 years of experience in community banking, John understands that the feeling of community and personal relationships are key to maintaining a successful business and banking relationship. John has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri, a MBA from Drake University, and is a graduate of the Wisconsin School of Banking. John strives to keep the Bank’s focus on the importance of establishing relationships with our customers and working with our community.
